The school will accommodate between 12 and 16 participants. Priority will be assigned strictly in the following order, meaning that if a category reaches the maximum number of available spots, lower-priority categories will not be considered:
1️⃣ PhD students in Earth and Environmental Sciences – Two reserved seats are assigned to PhD students of the University of Milano-Bicocca.
2️⃣ MSc students in Earth and Environmental Sciences
3️⃣ Post-doctoral researchers in the same fields
4️⃣ Other applicants
Within each category, selection will be based on the order of registration.

A waiting list will be created following the selection criteria mentioned above. In case of withdrawals, available spots will be offered to candidates on the waiting list, starting from 26 May 2025. Interested candidates will be contacted privately by the Organizing Committee.
Payments will be processed through the PagoPA system and must be finalized by 23 May 2025. A nominal invoice will be issued by the UniMiB administrative office along with the certificate of attendance at the end of the school.
