- All movements within Nicolosi will be on foot, as the accommodation, the school venue, and the dining locations are all within a 10-minute walking distance.
- Transfers from Nicolosi to the selected sites for outdoor activities will be arranged by the organizing committee using rented 5-seater cars. Participants of the school do not need to rent or drive any vehicles, as all transportation will be fully managed by the organizing committee.
- Airport transfers will also be arranged by the organizing committee using rented 5-seater cars. Specific pickup and drop-off slots at the airport will be provided to participants.
